Dream ko talagang magluto ng paksiw na galunggong.. I remembered nun nsa PI pa ako nagtry ako magluto pero i failed.. nauwi sa prito galungong hehe.. Ngaun eto ulit.. at lucky, nakuha ko din un gusto ko lasa.. So enjoy!!!
1 kilo of galunggong
1 onion, sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 green chili pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Layer all ingredients in a pot.
Allow to simmer uncovered, until fish is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper.

Sinigang sa MISO 101

Ingredients:
Ulo ng Fish (White meat)
Miso -- kung hindi available sa market, sinigang mix with miso pwede na
Mustasa leaves -- pwede din petchay or lettuce kasi yun lugar ko ndi avail un mustasa leaves
Sinigang mix
Kamatis
Sibuyas
Patis - pang palasa
Steps: Ayun sa aking estilo ng aking pagluluto nyahahaha
1. Linisan ang isda ng mabuti. Lagyan ng asin
2. Hiwain ang sibuyas at kamatis sa naayon na hiwa

3. Kapag medyo nagkulay orange na ang tubig ibig sabihin luto na ang kamatis
4. Ibuhos ang sinigang mix with miso at haluin ito
5. Timplahan ayon sa panlasa
6. Ilagay ang fish at pakuluan
7. Ilagay ang dahon at lutuin ng 5 minuto
8. Iserve na may kasama ngiti! char!

4. Ibuhos ang sinigang mix with miso at haluin ito
5. Timplahan ayon sa panlasa

My First Blog
I was chatting with my former team mate from the PI regarding sa mga post ko sa FB about sa mga niluluto ko recently.. then she suggested na i-blog ko na lang ang mga yun. She asked me if I have gmail account. buti na lang kakagawa ko lang ng acount sa gmail and I said to her YES! Kaya heto ako ngaun.. nagbablog.
